    Hmmmm I seem to be going backwards! Hello everyone. I'm still at it well sort of. I pulled a lower back muscle somehow last Thursday and it actually reared its ugly head Saturday night when I was trying to raise from a chair. So I have a Dr's appt today. Hopefully its nothing serious. My exercise is at a stand still for now so I have to keep an eye on my menu.

    I'm up this week and up a lot. I'm at 196. A lot of drinks Friday night and munchies as well. I guess I need to really try to stay within calories when I am with friends. Oh well this is a new week and we CAN do this.

    Very happy about this as I've been really good diet-wise last week. It's motivating me to keep going this week! Maybe I'll get to my next mini goal earlier than expected! :drinker:

    Congrats to everyone else who lost! For the others, don't get too discouraged. Before joining this challenge, I had been on a plateau for about a month (stuck between 142-138). But I believe that if you continue and keep going, eventually your efforts will be rewarded! :wink:

    Not much weight loss. Been trapped at home with a sick boy. He has 'walking pneumonia' is now on antibiotics, steroid tablets and 4 hourly inhalers. But hyper from steroids and wheezy still. But avoided being admitted to hospital, just!
    So not much exercise as entertaining bored child.

    This week has been beyond crazy! My father-in-law had a heart attack last Tuesday, so I've spent the week in the hospital, catching horrible food on the go, so I'm lucky I didn't gain weight! Counting my blessings and will be happy to get him home later this week!

    So I did not gain this week! I think I actually lost, but I start my period this week and I always bloat up 3 - 5 pounds. I have been good with counting everything, and I got out and did some sort of activity 4 times last week. So I have improved a lot, and I am pulling myself back on track. I am hoping to lose 10 pounds by the next mini goal. (if it is water weight) or 5 if what I think is water weight isn't. If that makes sense =)

    I hate it when I stay the same...at least it is not a gain. I got a Fitbit from my kids for Mother's Day so I am hoping it will make me move more and contribute to a loss next week.

    Although I clearly will not be making my goal (at this rate or otherwise), I would like to stay in if you don't mind. Recording and posting my weight week after week is at least good motivation!
