    Hello all! Posting from my phone... in NC this weekend for my brother's graduation ffrom UNC. KC, I don't have my chart but I'm weighing in at 189! Finally! Hopefully the plateau is gone and I do not need to return to the 190s again. :tongue:

    Well, no progress this week. A very stressful week with one more to go before I'm done for the summer. My co-teacher had to have surgery for malignant melanoma and we have had a revolving door of subs. My daughter had a MM when she was 19, so my thoughts are with my coworker......I WILL get through this week and she WILL get through her recovery,,,I hope you all had a great Mother's Day and a successful weight loss week!! Onward we will go!!!!

    So happy that I went back down this week but i do feel like this is still not how much I weigh. Yesterday my mom wanted to go out to eat for Mother's day, which I don't mind but we went to Huhot and I did great with calories but sodium is unavoidable, I tried to drink tons of water..drank over 120 oz which is well over half my body weight but of course I barely peed. So hopefully this week I can get that water off and get a true weigh in next week. I'm considering starting to weigh in on Sunday morning instead of Monday since Sundays are our family dinner night and although I always stay within my calories I don't always get to choose what or where we eat and water weight really affects me..argh!! O well losing is losing :)!! Excited for a new week, I have 3 weeks to lose 4 pounds to meet my goal of 50 pounds by the end of my school year (I'm a teacher)!

    Well not a good week for me. Alot of eating out in restaurants. We had our first
    sailing club Pig Roast on Saturday night and Mothers Day was eating out for breakfast
    with friends and dinner out in the evening with dessert. So I hope next week goes
    better. I am going to have to try harder on saying no.:cry:

    Well, I had a bit of a setback last week. Things have been a little hectic and it was hard to eat right. I gained about 1.5 pounds back. Gotta work harder this week!

    Not a big loss but I'm really happy it is a loss. I cut back on my workouts this week. I was feeling very tired and run down so I focused on eating well. I failed miserably at getting 8 hours of sleep. My daughter didn't sleep past 4:30 any day except yesterday. It was a nice start to Mother's Day to sleep in until 5:45.
