Have you tried low carb type eating much ?
Ive found since ive cut out bread and like ive gone off sweets almost completly.
Atleast with me ive found my entire sweet craving is caused by my blood sugar, i can almost feel myself feeling tired before i craved it.

    Might be worth a try.

I know it sounds horrible, but what worked for me was just quitting the sugar cold turkey. If you can cut out refined sugars for a week or so your tastebuds seem to readjust and become more sensitive to sweetness so things like fruit taste super sweet (obviously no empirical data to back up this claim, just my personal experience).
