Best workouts to do on Netflix?

Does anyone use Netflix to watch workout videos instantly? I just realized there are probably a good amount available, but I'd rather not weed through the crummy ones first to find one I like. Any recommendations?

I never thought of watching them instantly I would love to hear what people say. I used to rent them. I can tell you what I do at times and that might give you some ideas. I have:
Bob Harper - Yoga for Warriors
The Biggest Loser Yoga workout
Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred0 -
Netflix has the crunch work out DVDs and alot of yoga stuff. That's about it0
-
I used to get the Tae Bo workouts and the Jillian Michaels workouts - I think they have most of her series, if not all of them. There are also dance workouts. They have a pretty good selection.0

Bummer. I just looked, and they have way less than they used to. Those all look like videos my Mom would have done in the 90's. Hmph.0

I really like the Crunch: Super SlimDown.0

Good yoga and pilates selection. The ones with Lara Hudson (I think) are good.0

I have all the yoga workouts and some Pilates. They have a large selection of the "10 minutes solutions", which have like 5 workouts on one video, each being 10 minutes. Some of them suck, some don't. They also have the Crunch workouts, but they are outdated.
*Trying them out may suck, but it's worth it to find the ones that suit you, and as long as your up and moving you can switch videos as much as you want- and still burn calories!0 -
The Crunch workouts and the 10 minute solutions are my go to's if I want to do something at home.0

I was just thinking the same thing ! I have never seen any workout videos on netflix ! We for sure got screwed out of that deal !0

It's funny you mentioned this because just last night I was on Netflix checking out the workout videos. There are some on there that aren't bad however, I was watching them while talking on the phone to see if it was something that would keep my interest to actually get up and do it.
For those that can't find them just put "workout" in the search function.0 -
Although you will laugh at him and his crew....it's a pretty good workout. I figured if the guy is ripped like that he has to know a few good exercises..0

Bump bumpity bump! I keep meaning to look to see what they have!0

If you have comcast (maybe verizon too IDK), try some of their on demand work outs. there is a HUGE variety. all different lengths, skill level, and types. From On Demand, go to Sports and Fitness, then Fitness Workouts. then from there, there is SO much to choose from. I personally loved Cardio Blast....I believe that's what it was called. I am doing P90X now so I don't really use other works outs anymore. Check it out!0
