    Definitely take a before picture. I wish I'd taken some specifically for that purpose so I could really compare. Also take before measurements. The before and after pictures are about 16 months apart for those who asked. I plateaued around 185 and 140 for a couple months each if I remember right.

    Since your photo is Hosted by Photobucket here is how to resize:

    Login to Photobucket
    Click to open the page for the photo you want to resize
    put your mouse pointer over the photo
    a toolbar should appear at the top of the picture
    Click resize
    pic your resize ratio
    save or save as copy and your set
