One issue I have with this (and someone may have pointed it out, but I'm lazy, so my apologies) is that 15% BF on a woman is considered "smooth," while 25% is considered "moderately obese." What about 20%? Shouldn't THAT be smooth? They make it sound like women who are 15% BF are actually carrying around noticeable fat--most aren't.0

15% BF on a woman is considered very low in the medical profession. Some would even say dangerously low. Depending on their body type, some women could risk health problems by dropping BF this low.0 -
