60 miles in 3 days

In November I wil be walking my third 3-day but this time I am 50 lbs heavier. I started training last week & realized with this extra weight it will be very difficult to complete all 60 miles. So with some determination & encouragement it's time to get the weight off.

    I hear yah....Be encouraged....now that the reality is there...the determination will get you there and this group is great for encouragement along the way...Let's Get It!!!

    Thanks! The walk is in 163 days, but like I said training started last week. Hoping with the walking, eating healthy & encouragment that my goal will happen sooner than later. I will keep you posted on my progress.
