    Good Job!!! This is so motivating to me!! I started off around 223 and lost 20lbs with a combination of One a Day for Metabolism pills and then I tried Atkins (20 carbs a day UUGH!!}) So now Im like within a pound of where u started . U look great!!:flowerforyou:

    What great motivation you are! I am 5'8" and weigh in at 168 lbs (11.2 lbs lost so far). My heaviest was 180 and that is when I thought "I have to do something!". I am not a huge exerciser either and always HOPED I would skate by with minimal exercise towards my weight loss goal (150-155 lbs)... most definitley is not the case. I still have 13 lbs to lose and am really hoping to do so in the next 6 weeks.
    Thanks again for being such a great motivator. I am sure you are so proud of yourself! And I am sure your beautiful family is proud of you, too :)
