Stuck on these 3lbs

hiya
so i get down to 12stone 9lb than i gain up to 12stone 11lbs.
i eat my set calories of 1500 and i walk for 2 hours each day run 3days a week. is my body used to this and is this why im not losing weight.

    What are your NSV? Are your clothes getting looser? Do you get winded less often when you workout? If so, then don't fret about those last pounds, they will fall off.

    1 stone is 14 pounds, so 12 stone is 168 pounds.
    Congratulations on your progress so far.

    I would change up the workout. Maybe all your body needs is to be shocked and those 3lbs will probably fall right off plus some. I know our bodies stop responding as soon as we are used to something.
