    O-M-G I am so going to try this....Ice cream is one of my down falls, that and chips. Trying to do low carb with those two vices is pretty difficult. Thanks so much!!!

    She has great recipes. I didn't care for the protein ice cream because it never turned out right when I made it. I do love her brownie recipe and the coffee mug cake.

    I love this.

    i've made the mint chip, and chocolate peanut butter, sooooooo good!!

    you can get a super cheap (like 28 bucks) icecream maker at walmart. I find i have to hold the lid down on mine, which is a bit of a pita, but hey, for 28 bucks, i'll deal with it.

    I don't know much about protein powders. Are there any that are gluten and dairy free?

    I use Jay Robb egg white protein and it is both Gluten and Dairy free :)

    i'm getting the ingredients tomorrow. Already bought a new, never out of the box ice cream maker on Ebay...$3.04 but the shipping was $12.00...still a good buy. Can't wait to try some of the recipies.

    I noticed that the same ice cream maker she uses is on sale this week at The Christmas Tree Shops for $39.99 for those people that have one near them. That is the ice cream maker I think I will be buying for myself.

    Can you please tell me what is used to sweeten the protein powder? Sucrose is like DDT to my lungs so I try to stay away from it. This is why I am asking. Thanks for sharing.
