Great job!! I LOVE to lift; the heavier the better!! Go heavy or go home!! I'm doing a 5x5 routine right now (stronglifts) and in the past I was pretty strong for a chick (let my progress slide when I got injured)

    Keep it up!

I Lift 3 to 4 times a week I bench press, deadlift, military press and also I have come up with some full body routines for the free weights. I "lift to fail" If I can lift more then 6 times its too light. It usually takes me about 1 hour but the last couple of days I have upped my weight so I takes me a little bit longer.
