Raspberries, raspberries, and more raspberries (and sometimes a banana)

Stirring some melted dark chocolate (something with a high cocoa %) into the yogurt then blending with ice cubes is a great alternative to ice cream too.

The last time I ate plain yogurt, I put Emerald Breakfast on the go nut and granola mix in it. It was very filling! =D

2 cups of frozen fruit, (strawberries, blueberries and bananas is what I use) 3/4 cup plain, sugar free and fat free greek yogurt, 1 cup skim milk, 1 packet of sugar free hot cocoa (or you could use choc protein powder). Make it into a smoothie and it tastes better than a chocolate shake. I use a Ninja smoothie machine but you could probably use a big food processor or a blender if you thin it out more. It makes a LOT and you can freeze extra for later use.

I make a smoothie out of it.

1 container of fat free plain yogurt
1 cup of frozen fruit or berries (or both)
    1 splash of vanilla flavoring
sweeten with your sweetener of choice

Put in in a blender and wala, you have a yummy, tummy pleasing smoothie.

Fruits (berries are my fave, bananas are good too, and kiwi!)
Oats or granola or something similar
You could always do a smoothie (bananas are great in smoothies!)

When I have my favourite yoghurt (Black Swan Low Fat Greek Style) the only thing I put in in is a spoon

But, nice add ins are: blueberries, strawberries (any berries really), banana, little bit of muesli, honey.
Or, you can add a bit of chilli sauce and dip veggie sticks into it.

i put the most delicious jam in my plain yogurt. it's called sunfresh freezerves. my god it's delicious. it's like my #1 diet downfall because i put so much of it in my yogurt, and i eat 6-8 ounces of yogurt 2-3x per day! yes, i eat a ton of yogurt!

Grated apple! The natural apple juice sweetens up fat free natural yoghurt - but I still put in a bit of stevia sweetner.

I had that for breakfast this morning, and added a sprinkle of natural muesli, mixed berries and flaked almonds. One of my favourite breakfasts ever  Just got to make sure it doesn't put my sugar cals up too high for the day though :frown:

You can also mix in a packet of sugar free jello dry mix (any flavor) if you want to try something besides the fresh fruit.
