Can you replace 1/2 cup of egg whties in a recipe that calls for 1/2 cup of egg substitute?
I am only asking because I don't have any Egg Beaters in the house.

I would think so. As long as the amount is the same.
When I was younger I ran out of eggs and substituted eggs for oil lol (not that I would suggest that) but I think cooking is pretty forgiving0 -
Yes- at least it's always worked for me, and I do it very regularly0
