    Wow, awesome job!! You and your wife both look terrific and healthy. And, I love that you did this the old fashioned way (as do most people here on MFP) - went from sedentary to lightly active to very active, and changed your diet. Good on you!!

    I am impressed! I don't know you but I would like to know what you did. I started at 352 and I've lost about 40 lbs. in 11 weeks. I am disabled to an extent where walking is hard, running is not possible at this time. I believe I will run again, but in the meantime I do a lot of upper body work and ride the recumbent bike. I want to lose the amount of weight you did, but I am probably older than yo. I am 57. any way, buddy, awesome job!! Stay vigilant and don't let it come back and bite you later. Always remember how hard it was. Take care, and God bless! And I didn't see until just now but your wife also did an awesome job! Congratulations to both of you!
