What's for breakfast?

Options
So this morning I took in a total of 700 calories for breakfast!! It's my first day actually tracking it so now to get to my question ;

I am heading off to the grocery store, what would you recommend I pick up that will be good to stay under 400 calories?

    A 3 egg omelette (wtf I've tried like 6 times to spell it but it's all wrong) with an ounce of ham or turkey and about half of a bell pepper chopped up.

    And toss in some cheese if you can go a bit over 400.

    I really like Fage greek yogurts, especially the 2% honey. Eggland's best also makes precooked and prepeeled hard cooked eggs that I like to grab in the morning

    2 eggs + 2% honey greek yogurt = 345 calories, 25g protein, 30g carbs, 14g fat.

    I usually have 2 hard boiled eggs, Fage yogurt w/ some fruit or apricot fruit spread during the week. Weekends - frozen Kashi waffle topped w/ warm mixture of blueberries, peaches and honey or whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter and 2 hard boiled eggs. During the winter it is usually OATMEAL w/ some fruit.

    I almost always make a little burrito every morning. I mix it up a little, but it's usually a little brown rice, some black beans, sometimes a little egg, and a slice of cheese in a whole wheat tortilla. I love the guererro whole wheat tortillas. Microwave for a minute and its ready to go! If I'm pressed for time I'll wrap it up in some tin foil and eat it later at my desk. you can add a little salsa, hot sauce, whatever you want on top.

    Egg white omelets with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, and cheese. I eat these pretty regularly, and they are well below 400 calories. I also add pico de gallo, and sometimes picante sauce on top. Ooooh, I can't wait until morning to make one!

    Here's an example of one:

    ^^^This - I eat eggs and meat every morning. Even adding vegies and avocado it is usually still under 400 calories. I don't eat toast though.
