    I had 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese and 1/2 cup pineapple and a cup of coffee w/ 1 tbsp. honey. I am trying to eat lower carb.

    1/2 c. old fashioned oatmeal cooked w/ 1/2 c. whole cranberries, then add:
    1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 T. ground flax, 1/2 c. cottage cheese, 1/3 oz walnuts

    381 cals ~ 52g carb/ 17g fiber/ 15g fat/ 27g protein

    A can of tuna, a tbsp of miracle whip lite and a squeeze of dill relish - mixed. Crunched down with 5 (count'em, FIVE) Ritz crackers. And a babybel lite cheese for dessert.

    260 cals, 29 grams protein. :tongue:

    Weight training tonight,,, so I'm adding protein - I'll eat close to 200 grams of it today. The guideline for bodybuilders in a bulking phase is 1 gram per day per pound of bodyweight, and man that's hard to get. I have 3 oz turkey for pm snack, a good meaty lunch, planning chicken or shrimp for dinner. I might get it all in.

    I had 1 serving of 100% Natural Quick Oats with about 10 raw almonds crunched up in it. I'll have a hard boiled egg here in about an hour. Hope everyone has a great day!

    Smoothie - 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt, 1 cup frozen strawberries, pinch of cinnamon. (wierd I know but it gives it a yummy flavor)

    In a couple hours I'll have a bowl of Kashi Honey Sunshine cereal and almond milk.
