I had 2 scramble eggs, 1, low carb bread, 1t. butter, and 1 small carton of greek ypgurt For 250 calories

    I had 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese and 1/2 cup pineapple and a cup of coffee w/ 1 tbsp. honey. I am trying to eat lower carb.

    I had a packet of Ocean Spray Oatmeal and some coffee.

    I had 1 small whole wheat bagel (3 oz), 2T low fat cream cheese, 2 slices large tomato 306 cal.
  • 1 packet of Quaker lower sugar oatmeal and a peach! Yum!

    1/2 c. old fashioned oatmeal cooked w/ 1/2 c. whole cranberries, then add:
    1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 T. ground flax, 1/2 c. cottage cheese, 1/3 oz walnuts

    381 cals ~ 52g carb/ 17g fiber/ 15g fat/ 27g protein

    YUM!

    A whole wheat wrap with a tbs of almond butter spread on it, a banana placed in it and rolled up!

    A can of tuna, a tbsp of miracle whip lite and a squeeze of dill relish - mixed. Crunched down with 5 (count'em, FIVE) Ritz crackers. And a babybel lite cheese for dessert.

    260 cals, 29 grams protein. :tongue:

    Weight training tonight,,, so I'm adding protein - I'll eat close to 200 grams of it today. The guideline for bodybuilders in a bulking phase is 1 gram per day per pound of bodyweight, and man that's hard to get. I have 3 oz turkey for pm snack, a good meaty lunch, planning chicken or shrimp for dinner. I might get it all in.

    I had 1 serving of 100% Natural Quick Oats with about 10 raw almonds crunched up in it. I'll have a hard boiled egg here in about an hour. Hope everyone has a great day!

    Smoothie - 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt, 1 cup frozen strawberries, pinch of cinnamon. (wierd I know but it gives it a yummy flavor)

    In a couple hours I'll have a bowl of Kashi Honey Sunshine cereal and almond milk.

    Lois is great. She sat on my lap all morning while I got ready for work. I don't think she likes the cold weather too much. We want to take her up to the park and kick the basketball for her before winter sets in! Her favorite toy is her basketball!

    350 calories, but it helps me feel full and more satisfied throughout the day

    My breakfast is usually either:
    A:
    1.5 cups rice krispies
    1 cup 2% milk (I can do 1%, but honestly CANNOT do skim, I have issues with it looking gray in my cereal :sick: )
    2 tsp sugar

    Or
    B: (generally on school days)
    1 Quaker 25% less sugar chewy granola bar
    Then about two hours later after my first class a medium apple or banana.

    BUT I made chocolate chip muffins tonight.. 150 calories for a regular cupcake sized muffin... so I will be having that tomorrow instead of the granola bar. I also bought instant oatmeal packs today, figured they might be good for when it's cold in the morning. I never really liked oatmeal growing up but I know it's healthy for you and filling and pretty low cal so I thought I'd give it another try. I made it for lunch today.... I CAN eat it but I wouldn't say it would be something I'd jump up and down for. It was REALLY filling to me though, I couldn't even finish the bowl .

    Portobello, onions and spinach omlete made with 2 egg whites and one whole egg. I also add a banana. Total of 253 calories.
