Really, I'm going till I look I want to, the weight goal is just a ballpark figure so I have something to aim toward0 -

5'5 1/2" goal weight is 150. Medium frame. LW was 142 and was told cheeks looks too hollowed out lol. 150 on me is perfect!!0

I have divided my weight loss journey in milestones and goals. That way it doesn't seem that intimidating. So 150 lbs would be my first milestone. 140 lbs second milestone and then hitting 127-130 lbs would be my final goal.0

I am 5'5" cw 176.5. gw 150. I am 70 yrs old tomorrow. What do you think? I am beginning a swimming , exercise class next week. I have been walking 4-5 miles 3 times a week but it is so windy here that I can't walk a lot. I thought swimming and exercise might do it. I feel much better than I did this time last year. At that time I couldn't walk a mile .0

5'5" - Currently just under 110, don't think I'll go below 108. After that it's strength training, so I'll ignore the weight and just stick to measurements!. I have a small frame so I definitely need to weigh less than most women to look as good as they do.0

For my height and weight, 174.8lbs is the line between Obese and Overweight. I just want to hit that bracket again and after that I'm aiming for 145, the line between Overweight and Normal. I'll see how I feel then.0

Im 5'4" and currently 160, would like to get to 140-145 lbs.
I at one point was 132 lbs and looked incredible, but I also was vegan, worked out for 2 hours a day, and Im just not really dedicated THAT much to put so much time into it. Also...gyms are expensive in Seattle
So, 140-145 lbs to get to with 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 is what Im doing0 -

I'm 5'4 and my ultimate goal weight is 127. First, I want to get to 140, see if I can maintain that, then lose 5lbs over the course of three months to get to 135 (then maintain that for 3 months) and then see if I can get lower. Right now, I'm just excited about getting to 140 and being in my healthy weight range for the first time in 5 years!0

I am 5'5.5 and I think around 165 pounds is what I am aiming for, although according to the chart, I should be under 155 pounds. I have a very large bone structure and I always seem to weigh heavy as people never believe I weigh as much as I do.

Highest ever weight was 211.- Lost down to 130.- Gained up to 165.- Have lost down to 145= current weight. WILL lose down to 120lbs.! Can you see the YO-YO effect going on here? But it WILL stop when I reach my 120lb goal.:drinker:0 -

I am 5'5 and my goal is 145. I was, years ago, 128 and I looked terrible. I want to be fit and strong, not just skinny, so I will see what 145 looks like and then decide. I won't go below 130.0
