Im 5'4, I just got down to 139!!! My goal is 120, unless im 125 and comfortable. I don't what i look like anything under 130 so maybe ill even like it there!!0

5'5 my goal weight was 120-125, but I have changed my mind. I am more concerned with body fat % now... I would like to be around 15-17%... I realize that my body builds muscle and I like it, so I want to have the low bf... I don't really care about the scale anymore!!0

Your numbers are the same as mine 5'3" and a goal of 140, but I may like how I look at 150 as long as I am toned and comfortable with myself so could stop there. I am 47 and not here to fit into a bikini. I just want to be healthy and feel comfortable with myself and not so self conscious anymore. I prefer to have some curves on me0 -
I'm with you Sinisi and Mimi, I'm 46 and look forward to getting where I'm comfortable with my body. I'm guessing about 150 as well. And I have to keep reminding myself that it's a journey, not a race. I am just so happy to be losing weight.0

I am 5'5 and I am first aiming at 160. I will go from there once I reach that weight. I may want to go down another 20 pounds or I might just be content. Who knows!0

I am 5'4" and weigh 147lbs, my first goal is 130, then 125. Before husband and kid I used to run 6x a week for half and hour and I weighed 126-127lbs and was very happy with that. I've been doing this for 5 days but the posts and the fact that my husband and a few good friends have signed up is keeping my motivated! Great job ladies, keep it up!!!0
