I'm 5'4" and weigh 136lbs right now .. would L-O-V-E to be 130 but will be satisfied with anywhere between 130-1350

I am 5'3", and I have actually hit two goal weights: 140 and 135. I have recently put on 15 lbs due to a new anti-depressant med, so I am struggling to get back down but I will. I want to get back down to the 30's again.0

I am currently 128 lb (58.3kg) and I love the size that I am, however I am in the process of losing more body fat & gaining more muscle... I have been around this weight (58.3-59kg) since March, however I am fine with this as I have continued to lose inches all over my body. :-) I am now a comfortable size 8 Australian (size 4 USA and size 6 UK)!
So proud of myself! Never thought this day would ever come.

I have been told by many doctors to 'Loose weight, exercise more" But that it is, then I get dropped like a newborn baby. *plop*
I weight 215 right now and have been battle from 315 for the past 7 years. Medical problems, but one is from weight. Odd isent it? I am embarsed and need help but not these places that only want your money. I need people help that are in my shoes...not them.0 -
