I am 5'3 I am at 171 would like to get to 140 : )
Am so confussed on how many calories to consume. I aM eating 1200 but I feel like it is too low. I do eAt exercise calories.

I'm 5'3 and my goal weight is 120, which was what I weighed in junior high and I felt great. I'd be happy with 125-127 though.0

I am 5'3 and have no clue what my goal weight should be. haha. I am down to 125-127 and started strength training. I still want to lose fat but I am working on building muscle as well. I am thinking my range should be 115-120. Hopefully I can lose some more weight but if muscle replaces the fat and I stay the same weight I will be happy.0

I'm 5'4.5 and my goal is between 135 - 145. I am very curvy and I'm not exactly sure how anything less than 135 will look on me. I say forget the charts and stop where you are happy. If I get to 150 and I love the way I look at 150, I'm going to maintain that weight.0

Are you satisfied with that intake or are you hungry all the time? If you are hungry most of the day, why don't you try eating a little more? Maybe set your weight loss goal for 1lb a week or 0.5 lb a week. Not sure what you are at now (assuming 2lbs a week). I know eating that low absolutely drains me. It makes the diet process more miserable. Try eating 100-200 more a day or whatever you feel comfortable and satisfied with.0 -

What's you goal weight?
I am struggling to pick one between 135-145, I settled at 140 for now., but I have a one time pass with a trainer r tonight so this will change. I'm 5'4 medium built, top heavy with a big high booty
i'm same height, big ol booty, and my original goal was 135. when i hit that, i could not believe that i actually did it! it made me strive to lose more. so now i'm close to 130, with a modified goal of 125.0 -

don't say that! when i first started i thought it would be a miracle to get to 135. but i kept working hard and little by little, i did it! and then i lost even more!0 -
