 I'm keeping the other 5 sins. Giving up 2 was enough.0

            I gave up:
 1. Winging meal times and daily menus
 2. Fast food
 3. Most importantly, I gave up 40 lbs!0

            1. Sodas
 2. Monogamy
 3. Fried foods

 Why would you give up mahogany?
 It's a Texas thang!
 After some thought I decided to birch this idea with the wife. So I told her that since I'm all fit now, I don't think we should be mahoganous anymore.
 She nearly kicked me in the walnuts!
 I'm not very poplar right now.

 fast food was a no-no but Charles Barkley taught me to lose like a man so i'll sneak in a little something here there in moderation or i'll go no mayo, half a bun etc0

 2. A lotta fat off my belly

            I did not give up anything. I actually gained more yummy food options. :P
 This
 #1 soda and that's it.
 But if I'm in the mood for soda I choose diet not best thing but heck there is 0 calories in it.0

            1. Bloated feelings.
 2. Aching knees
 3. The rubber band I used to loop through my button hole then across to the button because I couldnt button them.0
