I'm 5'3" and my immediate goal is 140, but my eventual goal is somewhere between 125-130.0

I am 5'4" and my goal weight is 145. That puts me in the healthy/normal range of BMI...but I am thinking I may keep going depending on how I feel. I plan to make this a lifestyle change more than a diet, so I guess I ll see what happens.0

5'3" and for now my goal is 130, I'd like to get to the healthiest weight I can get to though, so was thinking maybe a bit lower at 115? Not sure, only time will tell.0

I'm 5"3 and I'm aiming for 55kg (121lb) but I want to lose inches and lower BF% so that may mean the scales show a heavier number....0

I lost weight many years ago and finally got to 138 lbs. I am 5'5" and I could not so much as look at a lettuce leaf, without regaining some weight.
I will be happy with 160lbs or so this time. This is a permanent lifestyle change which has to allow for life- i.e. celebrations when they occur. Don't thin k of that "D" word any more. just concentrate on exercising, eating healthy and hopefully I will find the true weight my body and I are comfortable with. I am rather large boned around the hips etc and will never look like a supermodel.0 -

5'3 and 115-120 would suit me fine. I'm currently at 133. Having muscle is more important to me than being skinny though. Fit is the new sexy after all!0
