I have been sick since Tuesday with a sinus infection.:sick: I don't know where I contracted this bug.
I went to the doctors yesterday and I am on antibiotics now and starting to feel a bit better.
I have been trying to watch my diet but I have had ice cream twice this week because it tastes
so good when you are sick. So I don't know what the results will be this week. My exercise hasn't
been good either because I have no energy. I start something and then have to sit down and start
sweating. Anyway, I hope my results this week aren't too bad.

I think most of you will understand when I say that I'm a LOT more excited about the fact that I got back on track this week than the actual amount I lost. In my past, getting off track usually meant that I didn't get back on... for a very long time. One mess up and I was out of the game. But not this time. I have to learn how to mess up and get back with the program. That's the biggest lesson for me to learn this time around!
Thank you, Kristen, for this challenge, and thank you Amy, for ALWAYS being there to listen to me and for giving me the greatest advice of "SNAP OUT OF IT, LAURIE!" when I needed it last week!

So disappointed! The scale is going in the wrong direction! I've been having a hard time with night time snacking. I'm a boredom eater and Hubby is in the city during the week and I am in the mountains during the summer when I am off. I also think that I have increased my strength training and my muscles are holding water. Whatever it is, I WILL NOT eat after 7:30pm this week and see how much of a difference that makes. Next Monday is my yearly physical and at least I am 20+ pounds down from last year.....I hope everyone has had a great week and that your scale shows great losses!!!!!
