12/05/27 - 15.43 km/9.5 mile leg of a 17 leg relay. I am still amazing, my time was 1:21:48. An unbelievable pace for me at 8:35/mile average.
It was an amazing event. Can't wait until next year.

This past week was horrible for running. I had to work full time instead of my usual part time so I didn't have time to do my double workout days.
Coriander do you mind changing my goal to 50?? I think I can eeek out 12 miles by Thursday.0 -

10M trail race yesterday! Rest today, I think I cracked one of my ribs due to a fall, but it is not as bad as last time I broke a rib.
I am at 97.7 - and I will run tomorrow - hope that will go smoothly.0 -

I'm currently running 18 miles a week.....wanting to work up to about 25, but I'm 3 months post partum after lots of bed rest, so I'm working my way up. Will there be a post in June I can join?!?0

Good job. Now work on building up that base mileage to 35 to 40 miles per week before your 16 week marathon specific training starts. You'll be good to go!
thanks! I am working on my base now (: I think I will only get up to 35 miles... wishing for more mileage but I don't want to rush it either... I am looking at the Hal HIdgon's training plan for marathon training, any other plans that are worth looking at?0 -
