  • Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese

    8oz. med. shell macaroni
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 cup milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cups (8 oz.) cheddar cheese
    4 TBSP Butter (melted)

    Cook macaroni according to box. Rinse in warm water and drain. Butter sides and bottom of crock pot. Combine macaroni, remaining butter, and ingredients. Cook on Low for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally. Serve :)
  • Crock Pot Tilapia & Veggies

    4 6oz. Tilapia Fillets
    2 diced tomatoes and 1/2 green pepper
    5 cloves garlic chopped/minced
    1/2 diced onion
    Salt & pepper (basil and parsley are great too)

    Put tomatoes, green peppers, onions, and garlic into crock pot. Add 1/2 cup of water and seasonings. Top with tilapia fillets. Cook on low 3-4 hours. (optional: serve over rice or noodles.
