I had
1 1/2 pieces of brown bread with 5 slices of extra lean turkey
1 tbsp hummus
1/3 cucumber
1/2 bell pepper

and as a friday treat I had a twix bar :blushing:

    I havn't eaten yet.......
    but I'm having 1/2 a bagel with lean turkey slices, and 1 cup of healhy request beef barley soup, yummy :wink:

    Lunch is going to be tough today.

    I cookout once a month for my employees and today is the day. To make it worse my team has done an exceptional job in the first quarter and we all made our bonus.

    That being said I am having World Famous Full Moon BBQ catered. If you have ever been to Birmingham, AL you know that we take our BBQ serious and Full Moon is at the top.

    So good in fact that Ray Lewis from the Baltimore Ravens ate there once and decided to Franchise a Full Moon of his own in Baltimore.

    Anyone ever had it????

    La Victoria - Cheddar Cheese Sauce, .25 cup
    Chicken - Breast, meat only, cooked, roasted, 1.5 cups
    Noodles - Egg, cooked, enriched, 0.5 cup
    Beans - Snap, green, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt, 0.5 cup
    Broccoli - Cooked, boiled, drained, without salt, 0.25 cup chopped
    Potatoes - Baked, flesh and skin, with salt, 1 potato medium

    and a cup of fat free yogurt........90 cal

    I usually stick the yogurt in the freezer for a min so that it gets reallllllyyyy cold (like halfway melted ice cream):love:
