Lois is great. She sat on my lap all morning while I got ready for work. I don't think she likes the cold weather too much. We want to take her up to the park and kick the basketball for her before winter sets in! Her favorite toy is her basketball!0 -
2.3 cups whole green beans
1 La Tortilla Factory - large whole wheat wrap
1 oz avacado
3 oz lean roast beef
1 oz light havarti
350 calories, but it helps me feel full and more satisfied throughout the day

My breakfast is usually either:
A:
1.5 cups rice krispies
1 cup 2% milk (I can do 1%, but honestly CANNOT do skim, I have issues with it looking gray in my cereal :sick: )
2 tsp sugar
Or
B: (generally on school days)
1 Quaker 25% less sugar chewy granola bar
Then about two hours later after my first class a medium apple or banana.
BUT I made chocolate chip muffins tonight.. 150 calories for a regular cupcake sized muffin... so I will be having that tomorrow instead of the granola bar. I also bought instant oatmeal packs today, figured they might be good for when it's cold in the morning. I never really liked oatmeal growing up but I know it's healthy for you and filling and pretty low cal so I thought I'd give it another try. I made it for lunch today.... I CAN eat it but I wouldn't say it would be something I'd jump up and down for. It was REALLY filling to me though, I couldn't even finish the bowl .0 -

Portobello, onions and spinach omlete made with 2 egg whites and one whole egg. I also add a banana. Total of 253 calories.0

This morning I took a Sam's club whole wheat hoagie roll and bias-sliced a couple 1/2" slices, toasted 'em, and smeared on 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. Nibbled about an ounce of my homemade beef jerky. Washed it all down with black coffee. Not bad,,,0

Small French Vanilla Coffee, 1 meal= 48cals, 8 carbs, 1protein
Bananas - Raw, 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) =121cals, 31 carbs, 1protein
Great Value - Sugar Free Apple Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal, 1 packet =110cals, 18 carbs, 4 protein
Total: 313cals, 57carbs, 14 protein, 8g fiber

This morning I had: 1 pkt of Great Value Instant oatmeal mixed with 2 small fresh strawberries; 1 c. of green grapes; and topped it all of with 1 large glass of iced water.
**and for the person that doesn't really like the oatmeal, try mixing some fresh fruit in with it like, peaches, strawberries, soft pears or even kiwi fruit.0 -
I have combine Breakfast lunch and dinner. It should be easier to find. Let me know what you think?

Bowl of Oatmeal (2 servings)
Glass of OJ
40oz of water if I worked out before hand, 20oz if I didn't.
I'll keep eating that Hot Pocket until I'm not seeing reasonable results.0 -
