    I made these this morning with the changes of 2 whole eggs with the white separated and whipped to soft peaks like someone earlier in the thread suggested.

    I also used only 1oz of regular cream cheese and 1 tsp of honey instead of truvia.

    They turned out great.

    The kicker is making sure you whip those egg whites until they are nice and foamy and form soft peaks.
