Okay, so I made them tonight, but as savory pancakes. They came out beautifully! I used 2 eggs - separate whites from yolks. Beat whites until light and foamy. In a separate bowl I mixed the softened cream cheese and egg yolks. Then fold everything together. I added salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and Italian seasoning. Cooked them on the griddle and sprinkled them with parsely.

I'm not a fan of cottage cheese, but I AM a fan of pancakes!!!!! I'm going to see if the food processor helps with the cottage cheese issues.
Um... The recipe calls for Cream cheese... Not cottage cheese.... That might help!0 -
What is truvia and where can I get some?
It's a sugar substitute. There have been tons of commercials for it lately. Apparently it comes from a stevia plant. Most grocery stores carry it now.0
