    WelCome:smile: I'm fairly new too.... and thrilled I found the plaCe.

    SW = start weight
    CW = Current weight
    GW= Goal weight (goal weight for june Challenge)
    UGW = ulitmate goal weight

    Tracking has showed. Me the error of my ways. Too few calories, too little protein, too little exercise and too much fat, too many carbs.

    I can try this out.... maybe. I've been at a plateu for about 2 months now, and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong :(
