    I have to make a change to my goal for this month as I weighted myself this morning (it is the first of June after all:wink: ) and found that I was down 2lbs since my last weigh-in during the week (when I weighed myself on Wednesday it was my TOM).

    Weight at start of challenge (6/1): 144
    CW: 144
    GW: 141

    Still only targeting a 3lbs loss this month as I have increased my calories so the rate of loss is bound to slow down now!

    Iv just checked the dates for June.
    I weight on Sunday mornings before breakfast so my dates will be
    3/6
    10/6
    17/6
    24/6
    1/7 ???

    Now the next sunday after is 1st July.Last day is Saturday 30th which is the very last day of June, can I use 1st July as my final weigh in?Technically that way I get the full 30 days of June?

    Oh didn't see this :laugh: I'm sure it's fine, the morning of July before you've even eaten means July diet hasn't even started yet is how I see it.

    I just joined MFP 2 days ago and i think i'll love to take this challenge. But my problem is i look cooking and eating with my kids to encourage them to eat. I think its going to be a tough challenge to eat differently from them.
