    First time I've joined one of these but I'm finding it harder to keep losing and get out of this plateau of the last couple of months! So I'm definitely in and will giving it my ALL!

    SW 183lbs when joined MFP (approx 200lbs at highest before this)

    UGW Probably still around 140 otherwise I look like a boobless stick lol

    Tracking has showed. Me the error of my ways. Too few calories, too little protein, too little exercise and too much fat, too many carbs.
