Sugar intake for sure! I completely cut out all soda (I still sneak one every once in awhile) but I cut down from regular pepsi to pepsi max and then completely cut it out. No sugary drinks, very limited on fruit juices.

Soda.....only drink water, skim milk and the occasional juice. Rarely do I have a diet soda...use to only drink regular soda.

    alcohol!

I used to drink 2-3 glasses of wine every day. Now I am lucky to drink that a week. Mainly because I am so active these days my body doesnt need any help to get dehydrated and I love jumping out of bed at 5am for a run or gym class - so dont need the late night or the tired feeling!

I'm glad some people said sugar...I'm still working on that one. I don't drink soda, and don't eat much processed stuff normally, but I still exceed my sugar limit. Sigh.

*EDIT * This was supposed to be a quote on the shredded wheat cereal. :)

I used to love it when it was strawberry on the inside. Now they just have a frosting on the outside one here. I do like the blueberry too though.
