I have to make a change to my goal for this month as I weighted myself this morning (it is the first of June after all ) and found that I was down 2lbs since my last weigh-in during the week (when I weighed myself on Wednesday it was my TOM).

Oh didn't see this :laugh: I'm sure it's fine, the morning of July before you've even eaten means July diet hasn't even started yet is how I see it.0 -
Thats what I was thinking, thats not bad then about 1 lbs a week. Any extra is a bonus0

I just joined MFP 2 days ago and i think i'll love to take this challenge. But my problem is i look cooking and eating with my kids to encourage them to eat. I think its going to be a tough challenge to eat differently from them.
