    28 April: 132
    7th May: 133 (oh dear)
    14 May: 133 (again)
    21 May: 133 (definitely maintaining)
    28 May 135 (this really isn’t going to plan)


    OK let's try again in June (going back onto 1200 cals after eating more to reset metabolism):
