Hi there,
I am a somewhat hairy guy... I've got a lot of hair on my chest, shoulders, arms and legs, and even my back... About every 5 months I get my back and shoulders waxed, but I have never shaved or waxed my chest.......but, now that I am getting close to my ideal weight, and I have started to add muscle and tone to my body, I'm thinking about removing the hair from my chest..... and that brings me to my question.... what do the ladies thing about hairless men...?
SilMarillion?

I used to HATE HATE HATE body hair but I have slowly warmed to the idea of a little chest hair. Now a perfectly waxed chest just looks a little too "pretty boy" for me lol If your chest hair is under control, not Chewbaca style, then I say keep it and work it0

From your picture, your chest doesn't look overly hairy to me. As long as it doesn't bother you, I wouldn't remove it. My husband has a hairy chest and I like it... looks manly!0

I think it looks pretty good on you....The muscle will show up and show out regardless....0

I have just posted a pic which was taken today...you can see my chest hair a little better.... comments are welcome.0

I don't think your chest is that hairy. I wouldn't wax it. Looks good to me :happy:0 -
a hairless man just looks like a teenage boy... and I like my man to look manly. Keep the hair!0

Your's looks good. Don't do it!0

Chest hair = Sexy. Dont wax id rather see a sweater chest then a waxed chest on a man0

Chest hair is sexy. Back, eh, my guy has it and I could care less, but he hates it.0

Id say wax the chest hair off for sure, but everyone has different taste. Chest hair reminds me of 40 year men, if you are going for the younger look rid that ****.0

I only see comments on the chest portion. As a half measure, if you don't like it, you could get laser hair removal for your back and shoulders.0

Keep the chest hair dont get rid of it!0

Chest hair, keep -- Back hair, wax0

As long as you don't look like a gorilla it's fine. I think once you get to a certain age, waxing/shaving is silly. It's fine on younger guys, but a 40-50 year old man should have chest hair.
Also don't let it look like Will Ferrell. He has the weirdest chest hair ever.0 -

Exactly this!
If it's long, do a little man-scaping, but that's it! leave it, trust me!0 -
When I was younger I liked a clean chest... But now I like chest hair. I say, keep the chest hair, but wax the shoulders and back. My two cents! But on the flip side if you are trying to attract a younger lady... under maybe 27 (I didn't look at your age, so I have no idea) then maybe wax it.0

don't0

WAX IT!!!!!! MUST MANSCAPE!!!! It is not at all pretty-boy-ish.0

Hair on a guy? Hot.
My guy looks like a Sasquatch and I love it!
The little straglers on his shoulders and upper arms seem to bother him though (I could care less), so I've caught him tweezing and shaving them.
Personally, I don't like the thought of a guy waxing....it just seems weird to me. I myself used to be a waxer, but after burning my arm skin and then accidentally getting a sun burn on top of that, I vowed to never let wax touch my skin again...so I had laser treatments.
Laser hair removal is an option if it really bothers you, but you have to keep in mind the price, possible scarring, and the fact that the laser will only target dark hairs.
What I've found works the best so far is using an electric epilator. You don't have to worry about the wax waste or the mess! And it pretty much pays for itself after the 3rd use.0 -
keep it0
-
You don't look overly hairy to me, I'd say keep it!0
-
I love getting my back waxed...;-) Its a guilty pleasure... getting laser treatments would take that away.0
-
Leave the chest hair! My husband is overly self-conscious of his body hair, it makes me sad. Men are SUPPOSED to have hair, lol. On a different note, how fast does the hair on your back/shoulders grow back after you have it waxed?0

I was going to suggest laser. You aren't too hairy, it would really just thin it. I think hairless men look a little strange.0

Well shoot I love men with chest hair - super sexy :blushing:
Back hair - i would wax that off0
