    I'm in! Sounds like a good motivator to step it up! Tomorrow is my last day for JM 30 day shred (which I really enjoyed) think I might try her Ripped in 30 next. Has anyone done that one?

    I'm in! Sounds like a good motivator to step it up! Tomorrow is my last day for JM 30 day shred (which I really enjoyed) think I might try her Ripped in 30 next. Has anyone done that one?
    I'm doing RI30 right now, it is great. I didn't do 30 day Shred so I can't compare the two. Ripped has some crazy moves. It's 3 minutes of strength, 2 of cardio, 1 of abs. Lots and lots of plank position.
