Morning everyone. As you will see below I had an exceptional week and I don't know why but I'll take it. It might be all the fluid I retained while AF was here that went off but whatever it is I'm thrilled:noway:

Week 1 July 22 - 300.4 down 2.6 I'll take it!
Week 2 July 29 – 300.4 No loss but after camping last weekend I’m surprised I didn’t gain. Hopefully next week will show a loss.
Week 3 August 5 - 299.6 -.8 lost really been struggling. Still trying though.
Week 4 August 12 – 296 -3.6 woohoo!!!!!
Week 5 August 19 – 293.8 -2.2 Yeah! I didn’t blow it on my camping trip last weekend.
Week 6 August 26 – 292.3 -1.5 Woo hoo! Might make it to my goal next week! I sure hope so! Total of 10.7 lost since we started.
Week 7 September 2 Labor Day is Monday - hope to be @ 290 by today. 291.4 lost .9 this week and didn’t make my goal Oh well, there’s always next week.
Week 8 September 9 – 287.2 4.2 lost Woo hoo! I’m only a few days late but I’m definitely below 290 now.
Week 9 September 16 – 285.8 1.4 lost total of 17.2 since we started
Week 10 September 23 – 284.6 1.2 lost total of 18.4 so far. Doubting that I’ll make my 280 goal by next week though.
Week 11 September 30 Eli’s birthday – 283 lost 1.6 total of 20 so far. I didn’t make it to my 280 goal by today but I’m close. Maybe next week.

I'm not stressing over the slight gain this week as I know it is water weight for sure. I'm still loosing inches as my "skinny clothes" are now starting to get baggy. Still would be nice to see bigger #'s on the scale as is seems more concrete.
Anyhow, on a sadder note, my car has croaked *sniff sniff*. Guess I'll be biking more which is good in it's own way, and I'm able to take public transport to work. Would appreciate any prayers for the finances to fix her. If it is the transmission, it's $1500 and the car isn't worth that much Any and all prayers are greatly appreciated!0 -

Week 7 September 2 Labor Day is Monday - hope to be @ 290 by today. 291.4 lost .9 this week and didn’t make my goal Oh well, there’s always next week.
Week 8 September 9 – 287.2 4.2 lost Woo hoo! I’m only a few days late but I’m definitely below 290 now.
Week 9 September 16 – 285.8 1.4 lost total of 17.2 since we started
Week 10 September 23 – 284.6 1.2 lost total of 18.4 so far. Doubting that I’ll make my 280 goal by next week though.
Week 11 September 30 Eli’s birthday – 283 lost 1.6 total of 20 so far. I didn’t make it to my 280 goal by today but I’m close. Maybe next week.
Week 12 October 7 – 280.4 2.6 pounds lost. I will take this as my 280 goal met. 22.6 pounds lost total.
Week 13 October 14 – 280.0 .4 lost. Not all that impressive. Going to have to try harder. 23 pounds total
Week 14 October 21 – 274 :noway: 6.0 LOST!!! I don’t know what happened but I’m absolutely THRILLED with it. Let’s just hope it sticks. :happy:

I'm taking the class through the Rec Center. I was happy to see that the Rec Center offered it, so I wouldn't have to get a gym membership.
Check out local dance studios too. Around me there were a lot of options other than a gym.0 -

Week 14 October 14 180 I am so happy. I have been struggling this whole challenge and Sunday morning I woke up and made up my mind to really push myself from now until Christmas and then reset my goals after the holidays.
Week 15 October 21 184 back up..but I ate a lot of tasty but salty food yesterday for my birthday.

Well I didn't perish after last night's Week 5, Day 3 of the couch to 5K which was a 5 minute brisk warm up walk, 20 minute jog with no breaks and then a 5 minute cool down walk. Although I did 10 minute warm up and cool down instead. I actually made it and am unabashedly proud of myself for doing so. Saturday I start on week 6 and I know I can do this since I have unwavering determination to get this weight off and to get fit.
I hope you all are having a great week and have faith in yourself. Believe in yourself because you are all worth it.
