My husband is 6'1", I'm just under 5'1". He weighs a good deal more than me. At our ideals, he outweighed me by 70 lbs. He could easily pick me up even when I was 9 months pregnant and weighed something like 165 lbs.

I also wouldn't worry about the tippy-toe/slouch thing. There's actually lots of ways to make it work without too much stress. (Trust me ... lots and lots of way. :blushing: ).

When my husband could pick me up again was one of my NSV's. What he didn't expect was that I could pick him up now too (thank you deadlifts).

Hehe, yeah, it's sexy as heck when a guy can pick you up and carry your around... Let him!

I was picking up mine today, but I dropped him when he jokingly went to wrap his legs around me. Felt weird.

I'm 5'6" and my husband is 6'3". He outweighs me by about 100 pounds. When he was sick, I picked him up from the bathroom and carried him to bed. If he is used to lifting weights, he can pick you up.

I'm 5'7" and 150, my husband is 5'5" and 122. He gives me piggy back rides with no problem. I don't think your boyfriend will have an issue.

He probably CAN lift you, but if you want a good long make out session I suggest you find yourself some stairs. Stand a few steps up, and it works like a charm. Haha...or you could lay down

Well, the guy I'm currently seeing weighs about 30 pounds less than I do (although he's about 6 inches taller) and he picks me up just fine and walks me around and puts me down very gently.

I'm sure he'll have no problem with you, girly. :-)

I can have my boyfriend on my back, and literally run up a hill with him hanging on. He didn't believe me when I told him my bighorn sheep thighs could carry his butt up the hill while running. He should know better than to argue with me and my crazy thigh strength by now.

He's 6'2" about 180, and I'm 5'6" and around 145, so that's about an extra 35lbs and 8 inches he's got on me, and I don't have an issue with it. Of course, I wouldn't carry him up while holding him on the front, because that's just awkward. I guess if your boyfriend is into it, he could do it, though I can't imagine he's be able to do it for long, unless he's got some impressive shoulder muscles.

Girl you should not worry one bit. I am 5'6 154 and was recently picked up by a 6'0 195lb man ...and that was from a sitting position on the sofa (I still have no idea how he did that! lol). So stop worrying...just enjoy it!

That's a lot of manly confidence putting that out there like that....nobodies putting you in a corner...LOL

Don't fret about it Just enjoy his sweetness at saying "Next time I'll pick you up".
    What a sweetheart :)

If he tries to pick you up, it sounds like he should have no trouble. I get upset sometimes because I weigh more than my boyfriend, but he picks me up without a problem. It's easy to underestimate what people can lift, but don't worry about it and enjoy kissing this lovely guy
