    Almost 40 lbs lost. Pics. Can you tell?

    Hello :) I'm almost down 40 lbs so i thought i would make my first success post. Please dont quote the pics, its too painful to even see the befores once. I still have a ways to go but i'm proud of myself. Is there a noticeable difference? Almost down 3 sizes :)

      To be honest, i cant give any exercise advice. I know nothing about it. All i do is walk an hour a day about 4x a week. I know i need to fix that. But diet wise, i've given up all soda completely. The only thing i drink is water. I've cut out a lot of processed stuff. No chips, no candy, nothing, not even in moderation. But i've found things that i like just as much (oranges, raspberries, strawberries, cheese sticks, nuts). Lots of fruit and chicken here daily.
