Can anyone tell me what type of strength training I can do at home. I'm new at this.

Well I am looking into this as well.
Read this article and decided to order the "Getting Back in Shape 32 Workout Programs for Lifelong Fitness" book to use as a guide. It got decent reviews on Amazon.

As a women we need a rack with light dumbells I bought a nice rack and weights at Sams Club. I love free weights which I have a bar and leg extension bench too. So I do 15 rep and 3 sets but depends if you want to build or tone and condition. Good site is the Cooper Institute.0
