    9 miles on foot today: a 5-mile run and 4 miles walking the dog.

    I also spent the afternoon going door-to-door for a political cause--in the heat and humidity--and have done it for three afternoons now. Can't measure the miles, but I'm one tired person. DH has promised to do the dog-walking duty this evening.

    Well a good start for the month so far. I have got in 14 miles on my bike and 13.5 walking. I am ahead of my goal for walking, a little under for the bike, but hope to get back on track tomorrow. Hope everyone else has had a good start as well. Keep it healthy, Carla

    Started this month strong to rack some extra miles, cause I'll be on a business trip the next few days and I don't want to be left behind. The trip looks pretty challenging as I'm going to drive through the southern parts of what used to be Yugoslavia. Of course being a diehard *kitten*-mover I've got a couple of hikes planned for Wednesday & Saturday afternoon in N. Greece. Will take some pictures for sure

    @ Dinos - safe journey and please do share your pics.

    Had a very busy day today and struggled to find time to move, but I did manage to walk a mile, so better than nothing, and since I get to count walking this month I am posting it :smile:

    i will need 7 tomorrow to get "caught up"...i will do it.....3+ at lunch and 4+ on TM after runts go to bed....

    6/4 6.2 miles - would have done more but not feeling so good. Whacked my head at the water park adn needless to say it floored me.

    I need something to help motivate me so I'm going to join this challenge a little late in the game. I'm a newbie so I'll set a realistic goal of 40 miles for this month for myself :) I'm doing a combination of walking and walkaerobics :)
