Someone find me some Protein!

I seem to always be pretty under on my protein. Besides eggs, chicken, and protein shakes, what are some good foods to try that have protein in them?

Any kind of lean meat is great for protein. Diary products like yogurt (especially greek), are also excellent protein sources.

Beef jerky is a good high protein snack. I like Jack Links Teriyaki.

Have you tried protien drinks that arent to thick or creamy, the ones the ones from Syntrax Nectar are light and go down just like water. 23gms of protein 0 fat 0 sugar

People ask this a lot and I don't see how people struggle unless they are vegan which makes it a bit harder.

Doesn't need to be lean meat to get protein, red meat has just as much it's just lean contains less other stuff (fat etc).

I am still trying to find the right balance of foods. I am sure its easy once you know, but right now I am still trying to adjust my diet and it is all new to me. I'm used to eating whatever I want in excess, unhealthy amounts.

Also, not-so-lean meat is a great source of protein. You do need SOME fat; unless you're somehow going over 65g of fat in a day, I don't think you need to limit yourself to chicken

Quinoa. I love it lately. I cook it with chicken stock which adds flavour.

I have mine cold with feta cheest, toasted pine nuts, beetroot, red onion, grilled chicken and then a dressing of extra virgin olive oil/balsamic vinegar. Yum.

My 2 cents.. I wouldn't utilize nuts as a protein source. Although, they do have a few grams of protein in a serving, they are still considered a fat source, not a protein source.
