    AF wife here! hubs is heading out shortly for his first deployment (five yrs in without a deployment we got lucky!) and I intend to HIT IT HARD when hes gone. Been going through a horrrrrrrible plateau but I WILL break it...ive been with MFP for a year and have had my ups and downs. We PCS'd, I got hurt, hubs training, and so on but the next few months...I'm going to realllly kick *kitten*.

    Add me for support for anything :) we ladies have to stick together ;)
