    Our beagle, which we got at a shelter, is named Shiloh. Terribly original, but they, hard to change a dog's name.

    Our boxer was a pup last year and my son was barely three. We asked him what he wanted to name him, and he said "Toothless" like the dragon in How To Train Your Dragon. We refused. So he decided that Doug like in the movie Up.... so that's what it is. :-)

    Rock Star --better known as Rocky, but the Chi-Weiner has also been called Free To A Good Home, when he started marking his territory and humping the kid's legs. A LOT! Starting to any way till I corral him to his love kennel. Bad Dog.

    But he is a snuggler and very loyal to his fam. Love him.

    My chihuahua is named Patches due to she has little patches of brown on her body lol. She is a white chihuahua with brown patches on her lol. I do not have a photo of her here yet but I may add one of her soon lol.

    3 goldens - on the right, is Rocky (we sadly had to put him down on May 5th, just missed his 11th birthday on May 22), Bullwinkle is if the darker one, she's a girl and she's 7, then the new one of the bunch is Floyd and he turned 3.

    we got a female boston terrier and we let the kids pick a name

    LOVE that name/reference. So sweet. We had a cat named Sam after Samuel P. Taylor... but after I saw and read LOTR, he became Samwise in my mind - because he was a friend you would want by your side when facing the fires of Mt. Doom.
