I was fine with any decaf brand until someone introduced me to that nescafe azera stuff.
I have it white with some milk from my allowance and no sugar/sweetener.
Trying to limit two cups a day but its amazing!0 -

I really try to watch my caffeine intake. I drink decaf if possible. And, coffee often gives me a stomach ache. If I put enough sugar and cream/milk in it, it helps, but that really adds calories ..... ouch!
I've had caffeine withdrawal headaches in the past, and I don't want to go there ever again. So for the most part it is: Decaf coffee, decaf tea, decaf diet soda.0 -
I gotta have one cup every morning.. fresh brewed with 1 truvia and I splurge on a good creamer. Every now and then, I'll stop by starbucks, but I usually get a tall skinny something... and now that it's hot out, it's iced.0

Maxwell House Dark Columbian roast. Black, with two sweet n low packets. Since I started on MFP I have gone from 2 or 3 pots a day to 2 or 3 cups a day. Not trying to give it up, jes trying to slow down on it a lil. Love my coffee0

1 large mug nescafe with sugar. If it's cold outside, with a few ounces of milk. If it's hot outside, just enough hot water to dissolve the nescafe and sugar, then fill the rest up with milk.
Oh, and the occasional Turkish coffee. Home cooked.0 -
Well, its a little after 6 am and I couldn't read your sentence and type without forgetting what you asked. Sooooo. I need decaf coffee from 7 eleven, Mcdonalds, or Starbucks. I don't like Dunkin Donuts. I like it with one splenda and hazelnut or french vanilla cream (2). I need two cups every morning. I can't drink it any other time. I struggling now because I don't keep any at home. One way my employer can get me in. They provide free coffee from Starbucks every morning. Up and at 'em!Tell me what kind, how you drink it and can you function without it?

I'm one of the odd people that never drinks coffee.0

Used to drink 10 cups a day but I work around the clock rotating shifts. I also would have several sodas a day. I started getting heart palpatations just sitting on the couch so stopped coffee cold turkey for a year and a half. The last 6 months I no sodas either. The entire time I was in a fog that never went away. So, I went back to 2 - 3 cups a day. I'm back to myself and no more heart stuff. Keurig Caribou is my norm drank as it should be - black.0

I drink Tester's choice instant coffee with 1 cup of 1% milk and 2 splenda everyday. Could go without it, but would feel something is missing from my life all day.....:)0

I have a bit of a sensitive tummy, but still need the coffee hit, so the best thing i have found is Nescafe Mocha Skim Sachets with a dash of milk. Gives me the caffeine hit and doesn't effect me too much delish!0

I used to drink any black coffee while working 3rd. At least a pot so I could stay awake. Now I've cut coffee out completely because I noticed my teeth were getting discolored so I've since kicked the habit of drinking every day. Now it's a treat I get after a great workout, and I'll usually get an iced non fat chai from Starbucks.0

I went from 4 cups a day to none except maybe a cup on the weekend. I did a 10 day juice reboot and that really helped me get it out of my system.0

Every morning, fresh brewed from my house or my office. Organic beans that I grind myself the day I buy them, and the grind can't be to fine. I have 1/2 tsp sugar and 1tbsp half and half. Occasionally I'll have tea on the weekends, but not during the week. Some mornings I practically run out of the house to get to work so that I can make a pot of coffee!0

I do not buy coffee on the road, it is so expensive but I drink alot of coffee at home, black and no sugar And I try to have few brands to switch between0

I'm addicted to my coffee. I used to drink it from 6am to about 3pm, usually two to three pots a day, but I've slowly worked on cutting that down. I've gone from one pot a day to just two cups each morning in the last 6 months. I'm good at that number, now I'm working on cutting back the amount of creamer (lite, powdered) and sugar I use.0

I drink 3-8 cups per day of decent quality bagged coffee, preferably of a medium roast. I drink it black. Today I'm drink Gevalia House Blend.0

I concluded I'm a caffein junkie and am trying to change this. Until recently I drank at least 6-8 big mugs of coffee (milk & sugar) a day. I reckon I probably wasted a good 500 cals a day just on hot drinks. Sometimes in the evening I would drink coke...
I started reducing my sugar from x2 to just x1. Now this week I drink it with only half a sugar and black... which is actually quite nice.
I will look into herbal teas again. I quite like peppermint, camomile and fennel teas.
green tea is the devils juice! :noway: :sick:0 -
I love my coffee! I only drink one cup each weekday morning and 2 on the weekends. I like mine fully-loaded, a generous splash of half&half, 2 French Vanilla Flavors for Coffee Splenda, and...1 tablespoonful of coconut oil. I bet I'm prob the only one who adds that last one!0

First thing I had to do is STOP calingl a MUG of Coffee a Cup. A Fluid Cup is 8 oz...My Mug holds 12 oz (1 and a Half Cup)! I began drinking coffee about 20 yrs ago and it is a pleasure that I choose not to give up. The strange and Grateful thing is that I can only drink 1 Mug per day, after that I can not take it.
My Coffee of choice is Colombian, Roast: Medium!!! Preferred Brand: GEVALIA (Best Coffee in the World) they also make the Best Green Tea around! I don't skimp on My 1 Mug per day: 4t of Sugar, 2T Coffee Mate (Sometimes Half and Half), 2T of Gevalia Colombian for 12 oz of Filtered Water. This is My Pleasure for the Day and I have NOT changed it and I won't...I DO NOT count it in My Diary (It's Understood by Me) and I have continued to lose weight. Giving Myself a Treat, Guarantees that I won't Cheat...Treats keep Me on Track and make Life full!

Coffee! I drink far too much, and tea as well. I can't help it, I just love it. I drink freshly brewed with some 2% milk and a tsp and a half of sugar. I want coffee now.0
