What do you think of it?

I think it is another MLM scam aimed at people trying to lose weight.

Sure, you will lose weight if you drink 2 shakes a day and eat 1 meal a day...but, wouldn't you prefer eating all your meals, spending less money doing it, and not feeling pressured to sell it to your friends so you can get it "free" or drive a BMW?

I've been using them for 2 weeks now. I drink 2 a day and I am still eating a ton of real healthy food. They taste way better than any of the other brands that I've tried.

My boyfriend and his mother tried it... well it lasted about a week for both of them. They said they were just starving even if they added an extra scoop of the powder. I actually noticed my boyfriend was eating more after he got back from work because he was still hungry after drinking his shakes and his lunches weren't helping either.

Oh no you don't Patti! I've had it with salesmen calling me a "hater" because I think they pimp magic drinks and take advantage of people...

    Aaaaand I'm doing it again.

    And there we have it.
  • I haven't tried it, but my cousin was hosting parties to sell it. She lost weight. My hair dresser was doing the shakes and she had to stop them because they hurt her stomach. I don't think I would do it because it is expensive and it doesn't teach you how to eat normal food. You may lose weight, but what happens after you stop the shakes? I give it a thumbs down.

Wife and I did it about a year ago. I lost 20 lbs in two months but put it back on pretty easy..... ;-(

Pros: very nice taste, easy to mix in other stuff (berries, coffee powder), low carb !, good nutrition, easy grab and go breakfast for in the car.
Cons: very expensive for what you get ( it is a pyramid scheme at it;s base, with those at the top getting rich....check it out....), hungry in a couple of hours.

If you don't mind the cost and have the will power to do two of these a day and a small supper, it works. probably a good jump start to a diet, but not a solution.

I don't really know what it is, but have a feeling its a huge rip-off.

*In related news, I lost 40lbs in 2009 by simply eating less, and not excercising at all.

    Cost = Free

I just started it a few days ago and I don't mind it. I eat snacks in between the shakes and I stay full all day. You can't just drink them and expect to get skinny though. You have to still work out and eat healthy snacks and a meal.

Don't waste your money, it's processed, uses genetically modified ingredients and it is way over priced. I replace some meals with smoothies, I use peanut butter for protein and add greens, fruit and almond/coconut milk or yogurt. Easier for my body to digest since it's natural.

I don't know much about it, but diets like these make me worry about what happens when you go off of it and start eating like a normal person again. I have a feeling most people gain all the weight back.

This made me giggle. And I agree. If you're looking for diets, you'll probably gain whatever weight you lose. It's about changing your mindset and habits long term.

Just buy Optimum Nutrition whey protein powder from GNC or other stores for low carb smoothies. Add berries or peanut butter and some unsweetened almond milk. Delicious, low carb and fills you up.

How much longer until the salespeo..I mean "coaches" come in here and start acting like an oppressed minority who's rights have just been violated?

I think I pretty much know they shpiel by heart at this point.

"Hey c'mon, why all the negativity here?? Geez some people. You know Body By Vi is a wonderful and unique product that you just can't find in stores, because of it's awesomeness. Only lame products that don't work are sold in stores. Everyone knows that to find the good stuff you need a neighbor with a basement full of products they're trying to unload.

Now it's true, you will have to diet and exercise still. But the good news is Body By Vi clears up your skin, kills cancer and teaches your kids to read.

It's important everyone do their research. And by research I mean Google Body By Vi and pick the first website that comes up, no others. Or you could just MESSAGE ME FOR MORE INFO!! Oh please for the love of all that's holy message me for more info. Seriously I have a bank loan to pay off and they just won't take any of these drinks as payment! I gotta unload some of this crap!"

You forgot that it healed a sick child by helping him GAIN WEIGHT
