I am 5' 3.5" Currently at 148 ..... Trying to get to (1st Goal) 140 and then (2nd Goal) 130
I'm trying to really focus and stay motivated... I've been maintaining the last month, going to ramp up my exercise again soon.
I was about 130 before kids, and got up to about 160 ish....

I'm 5'5" with a small frame, current weight is 137. My lowest adult weight (not toned) was 107. I think I felt best around 115-120, but looking to get toned more than anything.0

I'm 5'5", fairly small frame (according to that wrist test where you wrap your thumb and middle finger around your wrist and see if they touch, anyway). Currently 140 lbs, looking to get down to about 120 eventually. 130 is the first goal, though!0

I'm 47 and 5'5", medium, top heavy frame. CW is 180lbs, goal weight is between 135-140, but would be thrilled with anything under 150.0

I'm 5'3"... in terms of weightloss, I go by how I feel! I'd love to be back to around 135-137!0

I'm 5' 3" and 1/2 (oh, yes, I count that half inch! :P). I have a small but athletic frame. I'm 135 but I have toned up a lot in the last year, so I'm sure a lot of that is muscle. I'd like to get down to 120, but in terms of realistic goals, I'd be happy just being 125. I broke 120 when I turned 20 and have watched the scale steadily increase since then. No more awesome metabolism for me anymore!
I'd love make new friends here. None of my other friends use MFP, so talking to people who do would be really helpful.0 -
I'm 5'5" and my short-term goal is to reach 149 to finally fall within the healthy weight range for someone with a medium frame. From there, I'd like to focus on body fat percentage instead of solely weight. I'm currently at 172.8
BTW, I'd love new friends with similar goals! I only have a few friends on here :-)
I'm also 5/5" and my weight goal is 140-150. I also then want to focus on body fat percentage.

I'm 5'5" and at 180 right now. I want to be 125 and TONED. I was 135 freshman year of college but I had no muscle definition at all because I never exercised, strength or otherwise, so I still looked "soft," you know? So my goal is to lose the weight that I gained from pregnancy and tone up. I'd also like to run a 10k next spring!0

I'm 5'5. Current weight of right now is 160lbs. I'm not big on what the scale says, but I'd like it to be 140-145lbs. Preferably in a size 5/60

5'4" and I am stalled out at 145 right now. My goal is 115-120. I think my body looks the best at 110 but it's too hard for me to maintain that, at least it was when I was before.0

I am 5 3 and my SW was 180, CW 130, GW is 118 (I like 120-122, but this gives me a few lbs to play with during special (eating) occasions.0

I'm 5-5, my goal is to stay around 120lbs, which I am right now. Last year I dropped to under 110lbs and I looked horrible, I also had cancer so that didn't help, but not it's all about energy and health, and making sure I don't forget that!0

I'm *almost* 5'3" and ideally I'd love to be between 113-118, but honestly I will settle for 130-140.
Right now I'm more than double what I should be ... so 150 would be an improvement for me! As I slowly start to lose, I will keep revamping my goals and see where that gets me.
As long as I'm healthy I'm not too worried about the numbers. My biggest target areas are my thighs, butt, and upper arms.0 -
Im 5'4 and goal weight is 126-133. Not too bothered about the scales just want to fit nicely into a Uk size 10. Currently 162 after gaining 8lbs :-( and a Uk 12-140

I'm just shy of 5'4". I'm 145 and my goal weight is 140. I'm currently in a size 8 which has always been my goal size so now I am just focusing on toning so if the weight doesn't go that is ok as long as the inches are going!0

At 5'4, I can weigh 145 and be considered to be in normal BMI range. However, I am aiming for 140 to give me a 5 pound leeway. After I get to 145 though, I'm going to focus on my body fat percentage. I'll start lifting heavier and put less of an emphasis on cardio. I have 25-30 pounds more to go though!0

I'm 5'4 and currently 105lbs. I used to weigh about 120-125lbs and once I picked up running the weight fell right off! It's honestly the best exercise for weight loss, im starting now to incorporate some more strength training in my routine because I don't want to look like a bag of bones but nice and toned. I'm 5'5" and my goal is 150. I'm currently 188, down 105 lbs so far. I'm a curvy girl with a larger frame, anything below 145 and I look ill and have zero energy, so I figured a healthy, muscular, toned 150 would work just fine and dandy. Then, to maintain... ;-)0

I'm 5'3 and 254lb, though I started at 265lb. My true goal is 150 (yikes!) but in all reality I'd be happy getting out of the 'W' section of clothing.
I like food a little too much, as its a big part of my life (I'm a baker) and my family. I'm hoping to eat healthier, and I need to exercise more. I love zumba and dancing (even if I feel like I have no rhythm) and pilates was really fun.
