Eggs are wonderful, they help keep you full...that being said, I eat 2-4 eggs a day...yolk and all0

Unless you have cholestorol issues - not at all!!
For a more filling meal, mix your one whole egg with 1-2 egg whites. You get the flavor and nutrients of the whole egg with some extra stuff on the plate from the whites.
This is my favorite breakfast - I can't eat dairy BTW - and that saves me lots of calories.
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
splash almond milk (unsweetened)
1/4 green/red/orange pepper
1/4 onion
1 tsp canola oil
1 tsp taco sauce
Heat a frying pan on medium
Chop peppers and onions (I like to chop the whole pepper and put the rest in my lunch)
Add oil to pan - let oil heat briefly
Add peppers and onions to pan and saute
Beat egg and egg whites with splash of almond milk until frothy
Pour egg mixture into pan
Cook as an omelet or make into a scramble
Serve with taco sauce
It is sooooooo good!0 -

I have genetically high cholesterol, and after doing some internet research (which is conflicting and hard to know how accurate it is) the general conclusion I found is that if your cholesterol is fine, go crazy and have as many as you want.
If your cholesterol is high, like mine, you probably shouldn't have more than 1 a day.0 -
Eggs are great....have two0

I used to eat between 8-12 eggs everyday for about two months. I am about to pick that back up. They are really good for you. Eat as many as you'd like as long as they fit in your calorie/macro goals.0

I have stopped eating the yolks daily. Again. I was eating only whites, but I read so much about the yolk being the good part, blah blah blah, so I was eating the yolks again. My cholesterol had gone from 240 down to 166 when I cut out yolks. After being back on the yolks, my cholesterol was 210. The only major change during those times was the eggs. Other than that, my diet and exercise pretty much remains the same. The only time I go over in dietary cholesterol is when I consume egg yolks.
For me, they are something that I should enjoy only a couple times a week. For some, it makes no matter. I believe I'm predisposed to having high cholesterol (both my parents do), so I just have to be more careful. Your decision should be made, in my opinion, basing it on some familial history.0 -

Yes. Baby chicks will hatch in your belly and peck their way out.
This actually happened to me. Well, it wasn't me, it was my friends mom's cousins friend. But I heard it was pretty painful0 -
I mentioned this to my colleagues and they all started ranting about how eggs are great for you (and indeed they are) BUT that they are very "binding". Any knowledge on whether or not eggs are infact constipating??0

The human brain is only like 2% of the body by weight, but it has about 20% of the body's cholesterol. I am not concerned about mine. For anyone concerned, I highly recommend Googling Chris Masterjohn and reading some of his (admittedly pretty scientifically dense) stuff on cholesterol. Very enlightening.0

Nothing wrong with eggs. It is asinine to remove the egg yolks because they have most of the nutrients.0

I ate 5 so far today, and that's usually a norm.0

A programme I watched had the host of it eating 30 eggs over a week (frying, boiling, etc) and made no difference other than the person being sick of eating them. Cholesterol levels was only a tiny bit higher.0

Eggs are good for you.! Eat as many as you want! Dietary cholesterol has nothing to do with our body cholesterol. And it is not the overall number of your cholesterol that counts, it's the triglycerides. If you have high triglycerides, you have a higher risk of a heart-disease. Refined carbohydrates increase the level of your triglycerides and increase risk of heart disease.0

Eating Dorito's every day is bad. Its chemically made in a factory. An egg came out of a live animal!!! Eat the egg.0
-
Yes, that is very bad. I think it might be illegal so watch out, you might end up in jail.
LOL:laugh:
I eat about a dozen egg whites each day and occasionally have the yolks. Do whatever works for you.0 -
I have eggs for breakfast 3x a week. I enjoy omelettes and filling them with lots of veggies.0
-
I love eggs and eat them almost every day. But I suggest if you eat them often to look into free range hormone free eggs. BTW I also have great cholestorol.
As ofr getting back on track I am working on that myself. My plan is to start by loggin food all week and trying to stay under 100 carbs and fit in exercise where I can. next week I will concentrate on more plannd exercise. Good Luck!0 -
Eggs are awesome! Bruce Lee ate several eggs a day for protein. They are best source of protein available and full of nutrients. Duck eggs are even better than chicken eggs - they have higher nutrient levels, no hormones, no antibiotics, and they taste even better than chicken eggs. I am allergic to chicken eggs but have no problem with duck eggs. Thank God for tasty, healthy, natural duck eggs! The best source of protein on the planet!0
